Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and that’s why we only offer high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with the non-personalized products you purchase, we will issue a refund for the amount of the item less a 15% restocking fee. You must contact us by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receiving your products. Unfortunately, personalized and customized items are not returnable as they were made especially for you. Fees for shipping or rush fees as well as processing fees are not refundable. No exchanges will be accepted.

Within 5 days of receiving your items, contact us for a return authorization number. All returns must be received by us within 30 days of receipt. To obtain your return authorization number, call us at 866-917-0550 or send an e-mail to returns@allyourweddingaccessories.com. Be sure to include your order number, the item number and the reason for the return. Refunds are based on the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. If free shipping was received on your order, your return may incur a minimum shipping fee of $7.75 or more if the total items kept are less than $150. 

We recommend that you insure the package and request a receipt as we will not issue a refund if the package is not received by us or if the original product or packaging is damaged. If you do not have the original return label, address your package to AllYourWeddingAccessories.com, A B’Dazzled Bridal and Events, Etc. Company, 4710 W. Lincoln Highway #125 Matteson, IL 60443. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and we WILL NOT accept COD deliveries. Remember to include your return address on the package. We reserve the right to return any products without a valid return authorization number or which are damaged.

Damaged Items

We take the greatest care to ensure that your items are not damaged. However, occasionally this happens. We will replace items that were damaged during shipping. You must contact us by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receiving your products if an item is damaged during shipping. All damaged items must be received by us within 15 days of receipt. To obtain your return authorization number for damages, call us at 866-917-0550 or send an e-mail to returns@allyourweddingaccessories.com. Remember to include your return address on the package. We reserve the right to return any products without a valid return authorization number.
